かなり久々の接待で倉敷駅近辺を巡回。
テニスの友人激推しで昔からあるけど行ったことなかった竹波さんへ。
お客さんより早めに倉敷着いていたのでいときちさんで飲みながらそこから予約。当日予約できました。
造り盛り合わせ
新蓮子の海老はさみあげ
地どりの塩焼
蛸の柔らか煮
小海老とごぼうのかきあげ
じゃがいも饅頭
鯵のにぎり
かなり美味しいものを食べたく行ってみましたがどれも絶品。
新蓮子の海老はさみあげの海老のプリプリ感はなんとも。
最後の鯵のにぎりは色合いから凄く、全く青臭さもなく、美味すぎてもう吠えました(^^)
30年もここでされてるそうで、これからはちょくちょく行かなきゃです。
大変美味しゅうございました。
店主さんも柔らかい雰囲気の方で機敏に対応してもらえました。
ビールで通しましたが、日本酒に合うお料理ですね。
