連休ということもあり、倉敷の美観地区はどこも混雑。
ということで、早い目にランチを食べたほうがいいだろうということで
開店と同時に入店しました。
すぐ満席になったので、早い目の入店か事前予約がオススメです。
今回はやっぱり名物のままかり定食(2,500円)を選択しました。
ままかりの酢漬け、お造り、ままかり寿司、小鉢物、汁物、デザートになります。
料理と写真はそれぞれを見てもらえればと。
焼いたままかりは、食べたことないタイプなんですが生よりも魚感がつよくウマいです。
焼いた香ばしさも相まって。日本酒ほしくなりますね。
お造りは鰆と平目。鰆は脂のってて、平目はコリコリでウマかったです。
店主さんもいい雰囲気の方で、夜とか話しながら飲んだら楽しいだろうなと思いました。
このコロナ禍のご時世なかなか厳しいとは思いますが、頑張っていただきたいと思います。
