Everyone starts at exactly 12:00. We made a reservation and went with my family. There were other customers waiting in the parking lot, and we were wondering if we could go in yet, when my father said that we could go in once the shop curtain is hung. I see. The service was very pleasant, and I was happy from start to finish. The chef was also very friendly, and you could really sense his good nature. The dishes were served on Bizen ware trays, unique to Okayama. Everything was delicious from the first dish onwards, but for me the best was the Tekone Sushi. It was my first time having it, and the fresh ingredients were chopped up right in front of me. The seasoning was also great, and I want to have some sauce at home (lol) although I wouldn't be able to make the same taste even if I did have it. It's small, with only about 8? seats, but the customer base is good and I'd definitely like to come again \( ˆoˆ )/
