竹清というお店は、高松でも人気のうどん屋さんである。
ただ、オイラは高松勤務時代には、一度も行ったことがないのであるが。（汗）
そんな竹清が、アリオ倉敷にお店を出しているというのを知ったのは４年前。ただ、そのときには、口コミ投稿をしてなかったのだ。
アリオ倉敷は、そう頻繁にいくところではないが、先日、思い立って行ってみることにした。
平日に休暇をとっていたので、１１時過ぎくらいに到着。アリオ倉敷自体も竹清自体もお客さんは少なかった。入口を入ると、まずそこでうどんを注文する。今回は、ちく天と玉子天とセットになっている「竹清うどん」を注文する。ただ、そこで出てくるのはうどんのみが丼に入ってる。
そして、レジで支払いを済ませると、レシートの他に、天ぷらの待ち番号が書かれたレシートのようなものがもう一枚渡されるのである。
レジの横には、サイドメニューの天ぷらとかは並べてあるのだが、竹清うどんのセットの天ぷらは、その時点で上げてくれるというシステムのなっている。
そこで、出汁をそそいだり、ネギやトッピングをうどんに乗せてから、席について天ぷらが揚がるのを待つのである。すなわち、揚げたての天ぷらが食べれるというのは、他のセルフのうどん屋さんと比べると良いよね。
さてうどんを一口。讃岐うどんらしいコシのある太めの麺。歯ごたえが良い。小麦粉の味もしっかりしてるので美味いです。そして、かけ出汁であるが、イリコの味がしっかりとしている出汁である。
さすがである。美味しかったぁ。ごちそうさまでした。
これまであまり食べにくることがなかったけど、平日は有料駐車場も３時間無料だから、もっと来てもよいかな。
食べ終わってから、ブラブラショッピング。
ずっと探していた、タブレットの持ち運ぶためのバックを購入してから帰宅しました。(^_^)v
