岡山出張で、上司先輩を連れて食べログで探したお店を物色。
たまたま通りかかった店で、意中では無かったが何となく入店して店。
これが大当たり！
倉敷出張の時は、必ずココに来ます。
まず焼酎と日本酒の種類が多い！
オーダーしてから料理が出てくるまで早い！
若い店員さんも、教育がきちんとされているのか気持ちの良い対応！
そして何より料理が美味い！！
どの料理もメニュー自体は、どこにでもあるもの。
でもこちらのお店は、どれもひと手間加えられていて、他店との差別化が図られています。
ままかりの酢の物はもう感動です。
たいがいままかりの酢の物は、寿司のネタみたいなままかりが酢の物に入ってる、大した事の無い物しか
食べた事がありませんでした。
こちらのお店は、火を通していて、それを酢の物にしている。
本当に美味いし、酒が進む進む。
カキフライもふわふわなのにサクサクと歯ごたえもよく、素晴らしい。
白子ぽん酢も最高で、今でも忘れられない味。
この店は、良かった~。
久しぶりに満点のお店！
次回の岡山出張も、倉敷に宿泊しようと思います。
