The opening day |
2013.11.12 |
December 29, 2014 I used it for a get-together for the first time in a long time with a friend who quit his job and started his own business. The location is on the first basement floor of the West Building, which is next to JR Kurashiki Station. It's true that it used to be the place where "Taisho Ikaratei" used to be, but before I knew it, the name of the store (the store itself?) ) had changed. Considering the timing, I asked for 30 minutes before visiting the reservation for "2 people at 18 o'clock", but I was able to get it safely. However, when I made the reservation, I was told that I would like it in 2 hours. In the end, my friend arrived at Kurashiki after 18 o'clock, so I entered the store late, but thanks to the reservation, I was easily guided to a private room for two. I thought it was a little narrow, but it was a digging type and I could stretch my legs. First of all, I asked for a toast of draft beer, two snacks that would be served immediately, and a variety of Other dishes. The following is the order in which the dishes were delivered. (1) Vegetable salad @ 410 yen including seat charge×2 This salad has a good texture by mixing lettuce, cabbage and tacos and tossing them with dressing. (2) Sticky soybean round tofu @ 496 yen Seasoned with salt, ginger, and green onions. The smooth texture was also palatable. However, personally, I would have liked to have had it with soy sauce. (3) Pickled octopus wasabi @ 432 yen My friend ate everything and I missed it (crying) (4) Big radish oden @ 734 yen This is the second most popular menu. It was about one-third to half the size of the original radish, but the taste was well oozing. There are also eggs, konjac, and paste. (5) Smoked cashew nuts and crispy vegetable chips @ 453 yen (6) Shorthorn Wagyu beef mince Croquette (Niga) @734円Croquette had a delicious fluffy texture, but it was a pity that the frying oil was not sufficient. (7) Handmade Toro ~ Ri Cheese Tsukune @ 561 yen It is the most popular menu. I didn't feel the presence of cheese much, but the crunchiness of the soft tsukune accentuated it. (8) Assorted fresh vegetables with two kinds of sauces @ 734 yen It's bagna cauder of Italian cuisine. Brightly colored paprika, carrots, radishes, broccoli and boiled potatoes in a special sauce of "onion miso mayo" and "avocado cheese". I think the "onion miso mayo" with a rather strong taste would have been more suitable. For drinks, I had draft beer @ 540 yen and a corner highball @ 432 yen. The draft beer was served on pottery, and I felt that the flavor was increased. At first, I was impatient when the food I ordered was brought to the small table, but I thought it was better than not having what I ordered casually. It's difficult to know when to order food. Exactly two hours after entering the store, a person who seemed to be the store manager said that it was about time. I printed out a hot pepper coupon and took it with me, so the price was 6800 yen, which was a 10% discount. I received a PREMIUM CARD at the time of payment. It is a one-dish service as a privilege for the next visit. It was a treat.
