●By train: From the south exit of Kurashiki Station, head straight south on Motomachi-dori → at the "Bikan Historical Quarter Entrance Intersection", turn right at the alley just before the bus parking lot which is on the right side across from the Kurashiki Kokusai Hotel → go about 80m and you will see a storehouse on your left (approximately a 12-minute walk) ●By car <Sanyo Expressway: From Tamashima Interchange> Take the Okayama Bypass towards Kurashiki → turn left at Sasaoki intersection and head north on Kurashiki Chuo-dori → there is a municipal parking lot next to the Municipal Museum of Art or use the several paid parking lots just beyond the "Bikan Historical Quarter Entrance Intersection" <Sanyo Expressway: From Kurashiki Interchange> Turn right onto Route 429 just after exiting the interchange → head south and turn left at the three-way intersection → head south 800m ahead at the three-way intersection towards "Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter" → turn right at the "Hashima Higashi" intersection → turn left at the "Hashima" intersection → turn right at the "Chuo 1-Chome" intersection and you will immediately come to the municipal parking lot next to the Municipal Museum of Art. After turning right, turn left at the "Bikan Historical Area Entrance" intersection and you will find several paid parking lots. 636 meters from Kurashikishi. |
