This is Yamadera (^^♪ On this day, I went on a road trip to Kurashiki. After enjoying the illuminated Bikan Historical Quarter, I took a walk around Ebisu Shopping Street. The appetizer is boiled bamboo shoots with mozuku vinegar! I ate the boiled bamboo shoots, and the bonito soup stock was very effective and it was delicious. I was able to enjoy the aroma and flavor of the yellow chives ♬ I'm starting to feel like drinking sake, so let's try the Kurashiki Komachi Honjozo 660 yen from Kikuchi Sake Brewery in Tamashima, Kurashiki City ~ A wide range of smooth flavor and sharpness. The goodness of this sake goes well with sashimi! I decided to pair the lean horse sashimi for 935 yen with sake! The horse sashimi eaten with a slightly sweet and spicy soy sauce was quite delicious, and it went perfectly with the sake. Chasoba 715 yen The tea soba was refreshing and delicious.
