明治11年に創業を始めた岡山県倉敷の酒蔵。アルコールが１８パーセントドヤや高めだが、アルコールが高いという感覚はない。というか、味は「ザ・酒」。しかもがツンとくる自己主張が強い味なので、インパクトがある。
