After after-party after the big banquet. I couldn't tell the time or how full I was, and there were over 20 people. Choosing a store was not easy. I called about a week ago, and they happily accepted me for a la carte service starting at 9pm. To be honest, the food wasn't anything to write home about, but the service was good, including the speed at which the drinks were served.
