I was passed to a long table on the first floor. Since this is a restaurant specializing in straw, we toasted with ✨draft beer ¥780 ✨Okayama red perilla mariage ¥1280 Dishes ordered a la carte ✨wara straw yaki ¥1980 ✨wara and yellow chives shabu shabu ¥1680 ✨wara salad ¥980 ✨wara rare cutlet iburi gako tartar ¥1780 ✨pickled straw bowl ¥1380 ✨Hojicha ice cream with molasses ¥480 ✨Ososhi ¥600×2 The young chef prepares various dishes with fresh raw fish. Especially the Straw Grill is smoked thick meaty raw straw and appears out of the smoke when you open the lid. Highly recommended! The Spanish mackerel in the salad tasted like tuna. The pickled rice bowl matched the yolk and fresh Spanish mackerel. Also, the service of the woman in the hall is very good and pleasant. I think this is a good restaurant to treat customers coming from outside of the prefecture with Sawarazu. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
