Visited before 13:00 on Saturday of the first week of February. I checked this out when I was walking from Kurashiki Station to see the Bikan Historical Quarter. There are various shops such as udon shops and Ramen shops on the way to Bikan Historical Quarter. There are also places like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can have lunch. This store is close to Kurashiki Station and you can't see the inside of the store from the outside, so I was a little hesitant to enter even though it looked beautiful. When I entered the store, I could only hear the door bell ringing, so the store staff didn't notice me because there was background music playing. When I called out to them, they told me to take the seat of my choice. There was a table seat for four people in the front, and a raised seat in the back. The inside of the store is quite spacious, and it feels new and clean. It was well ventilated and I didn't notice any smoke. The hall is manned by two women and is lively. From the lunch menu, I chose the short ribs set meal for ¥1,290. My wife had the skirt steak set meal for ¥990. Meat is better for both + ¥300! During happy hour, unlimited draft beer (small) is available for ¥290, and highballs are also available for the same price. First, we toast with draft beer, then grill the provided meat while enjoying draft beer with kimchi and three types of namul. It's great that namul is served for lunch, and I think you can be satisfied with just kimchi. Isn't it too much to offer three types of namul? This namul is well made and each one is at a perfect level. Is the salad a French cuisine dressing with a strong peppery sourness? This is also just right. There was nothing to worry about about the rice, and it was just above average. The most noteworthy thing is the sauce. The meat was also covered in sauce, but it wasn't for pickling, it was for seasoning, and it was the complete opposite of the usual pickling. The smooth soy sauce sauce has a gentle and delicate sauce that gives you a Japanese feel without the hint of garlic or ginger. This sauce might really be the best ever. I wish they would sell it. I can't deny that the main meat is a little tough, but I think they serve good quality meat. Both the short ribs and skirt steak were delicious. Hmm...as expected...I think Tare's work style is incredible. I'm doing a really good job. Furthermore, the female service is excellent, happy hour is ¥190, which is ¥100 less than the men's, and Freezing Sour (Pine) is ¥190. It's also 1 cup service. It's a sour with plenty of frozen pineapple. I don't think there is any service at lunch. I wonder if they can provide the service even considering the cost... The soup I forgot was so intoxicating that I can't explain it... I thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour, and for 2,000 yen per person, I was very satisfied. I recommend this place. I would go there if it was in Hiroshima city...I also received a coupon on the way home. The first drink for each person is free, so basically anything is fine. That's a lot of weight. Come to Hiroshima city! It was a feast.
