A Japanese-style meal Restaurants where you can enjoy a relaxing meal in a calm atmosphere.
Setouchi is proud of its seasonal sea flavors. We deliver seasonal dishes, including fresh fish caught in the Seto Inland Sea. We can prepare seating for one person to relax, or large or small banquet |
This is a Japanese-style meal Restaurants on the first floor of the Marine Hotel at Shibukawa Beach in Tamano. The restaurant is located at the very back, past the front desk, and you can see the Seto Inland Sea from the large glass windows, all the way to the Great Seto Bridge. The restaurant has tables where you can have Teppan-yaki and regular tables for four people lined up. This time I visited at lunchtime and ordered a set meal called "Healthy Beautiful Skin" from the lunch menu. It was healthy, with an emphasis on health and mineral supplementation that is good for the skin. The rice was brown rice, about half the amount of a normal bowl, so the calories were reduced, and the horse mackerel sashimi was served with a salad-style sesame vegetable salad, pickles, and I think the main dish was a soy milk hot pot, but there was a large piece of pork, and 1/3 of the soy milk with light vegetables, and the rest was dashi with soy sauce and ponzu sauce. This was also a healthy hot pot.
