所用で近くまで行ったものの、雪で引き返すことになり、昼ごはんだけ食べて帰ることになってしまったある日。。。
ご当地B旧グルメ、ホルモン焼きそばでも食べて帰ろうかと思い、近くの店を探したものの、昼時を過ぎていたため空いている店もそう多くなく、休日オールデイで営業しているこちらに訪問することに。
伺ってみると、先客はなく、店も休憩時間のような雰囲気でしたが、普通にオーダーできました。
結局、ロースターを前にすると、ホルモン焼きそばだけではなく、通常の焼肉メニューも頼まずにはおれず、上タン塩、上バラ、上ハラミ、ホルモン、、、とついつい注文してしまいます。
ただ、こちらのお店、メニューに和牛と書かれているお肉部位に関してはこれ中々美味しかったのですが、タン塩は割高な割に特に特徴もなく、、、頼むなら、定番のロース、カルビ、ハラミの定番メニューを中心に頼んだ方がCP面でも満足度が高い食事ができるかもしれません。
肝心のホルモン焼きそばは、ホルモンの甘みと脂が、中々いい塩梅で、確かにいい組み合わせですね。野菜は玉ねぎくらいのものでしたが、甘みが増して、酒飲みにはたまりませんね。岡山北部は千屋牛など、ブランド牛の産地ですから、こういったB旧グルメも根付いているのかもしれません。
