今回はこちらのお店に行ってきたときのことを定型箇条書きしたいと思います。
⇒お店のたたずまいは、ファミリー層にも受けそうな感じの外観です。悪くはないですね。
⇒お店の中の雰囲気は、最初のイメージ通りにファミリー層の客が何組か入っていました。家族向けにも行けれそうですね。
⇒お店の人の対応は、挨拶笑顔など愛想があありました。
⇒お店の清潔度は、まあ普通に良かったです。机のうえも脂っこくなかったですしね。
⇒料理のクオリティーは、全体を通して、私見的には良かったと思います。（詳細は以下）
⇒料理の感想は、カルビは口の中で簡単にかみ切れるほどの柔らかさで美味しいですし、レモンを絞って食べるというのもあっさりな味付けになってとてもいいと思います。口の中がリセットされるというところでしょうか。タンなどのホルモンもプリプリとしていて食べ応えがあっていいと思いました。
