今日は久しぶりのお仕事お休み❗️
旧友らと毎年恒例の岡山県日生の
牡蠣くいだおれツアーを2年ぶりに開催しました。
海の駅しおじさんはJR日生駅から
徒歩15分ほどでしょうか、
中にコンビニのポプラと併設しています。
こちらのバーベキュー場は現在、
web予約のみの受け取りとなっています、
予約必須でお願いします❗️
前にある五味の市で牡蠣を仕入れに行くも
全店完売…
牡蠣バーベキューしに来たのにカキないやん…と
途方にくれていたところ、
ポプラさんで牡蠣が販売されてました＼(^^)／
1袋2000円、漁師さんも言ってましたが
今年の日生は数が少なく小ぶり、
たしかに小さい(^^;;
さてさて、ようやくカキバーベキュー開始！
平日月曜なのにお客さんが多い。
牡蠣は小ぶりだが何も調味料を付けなくても
ちょうどよい塩加減、メチャクチャ美味い❗️
小さめなんですぐ焼けるしパクパクいけます
（＾ω＾）
この週末は日生の牡蠣祭りが開催予定、
すごい人出になるんだろうなぁ
昔と違い、webで入客数などを管理された方が
コロナ禍では混乱を避け、
牡蠣に集中出来るんでしょうね
日生の牡蠣は今年も最高に美味かった！
