那覇市にある「華」さんへ。
こちらのお店の特徴は石垣牛のコースを味わう事ができるところでしょう。
店内はキレイな作りで個室もありました。
今回は折角来店したので石垣牛特選コースを注文。
お値段は焼肉と考えるとやや高めですが、クオリティは間違いないです。
1品目からローストビーフと、ワンランク上のメニュー。コースの出だし最高です♀️
2品目のタン元は非常に肉厚。中々この厚さのタンを食べる機会は無いでしょう。食感、旨味共に満足でした。
海鮮系がついているのも嬉しいところ。その後、ロース、ハラミと王道で間違いない品々が。味付けも美味しかったです。
そして、フィレ肉。解説いらずの美味しさです。最後にミスジは焼きすきのように、卵と絡めて味わいました。ボリュームも満足のコースで、成人男性でも充分お腹いっぱいになると思います。
〆の冷麺は超絶品。これは単品で頼む方も、是非注文していただきたい品でした。麺がツルッとしていてかつコシがあり、美味でした。
また、那覇市に伺う際には検討したいお店でした！
