沖縄出張の最終日。せっかくなら沖縄料理を中心に色々と食べて飲みたいなと思っており、
地元の方に聞いたらここをおすすめして頂いたのでやってきました。
ちんぼらあってどういう意味だろうと思って調べたら、小さな巻き貝という意味なんですね。
沖縄の言葉って聞き馴染みがないものが多いので、地域名の読み方然り新しい発見が多いです。
さて、早速頼もう！ということでメニューを確認。
居酒屋の王道から沖縄料理まで幅広く揃っていたので嬉しいところです。
まずはオリオンビールを飲みながら、お刺身を中心にその他色々なものを注文。
一昔前は沖縄の魚は〜なんて言う人もいましたが今や昔、
そんなことはなくもちろん美味しいですし、地魚という点では
沖縄らしいお魚が多いので食べていて面白いですね。
その後は飲み物も泡盛に変更して食事を進めることに。
個人的にはラフテーやてびちが好きなのでそれを食べながら飲みつつ。
飲みに合うメニューが多いのも嬉しいところでした。
