We are proud of our dishes using fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients from Okinawa. [Sushi] uses extremely fresh ingredients, and we pay attention to the type of rice and the temperature of the rice, and [Tempura] we pay particular attention not only to the ingredients, but also to the temperature at which they are fried and the soup stock for the tempura sauce.
