12月上旬の沖縄出張、2日目の夜の食事は
久しぶりの「我那覇豚肉店 カフーナ旭橋」
この店は宿泊しているリーガ•ロイヤル
グラン沖縄に直結。ゆいレールの旭橋駅
から直ぐ。
食べログにUPは今回で三回目だが、利用
したのは十回以上はある。
この店は、あぐー豚のしゃぶしゃぶが美味い。
島黒は、そのあぐー豚の中でも希少価値が
一番高い。脂肪が甘く、旨味も強い。
提供部位はロースとバラ。つけダレは数種類。

琉球在来豚アグーの血統を100%受け
継いだ、純アグーです。特に脂身が白く、
締まりのある肉質が主な特徴になります。
餌は、麦を主体に天然カルシウムの与那
国島産化石サンゴ、ヨモギ、ニンニク、
海藻、糖蜜などを配合しています。
通常の飼料に比べ費用はかかりますが、
豚の健康を第一に考え、良い飼料を
与えて育てています。
