この界隈は那覇でも呑み屋のディープスポットのようです。
その一角にあるこんな洒落乙な店。
沖縄の伝統的な食材！ヤギちゃんをビストロ風に味わえる店なんです！
前回、沖縄に来た時は昔ながらのスタイルでいただいて美味しかった山羊ちゃん。
どんな料理が食べれるんでしょうか。
こちらがこの店に来る誰もが注文するというスペシャル！
ヤギパッチョ2019バージョン 1480円
お花畑のようなビジュアル。
素材の良さとソースの良さでしょうね。
癖があると言われるヤギの味ですが、殺すことなく万人が美味しく感じる部分だけを引き立ててる。
絶品ですね。
ヤギのコッパ・ロマーナ 980円
これ煮こごりです。肉だけでなく皮も入れて固めたもの。
この清涼感たるや！
この店・・美味しいだけじゃなくてほんと安いんです。
ピンザピザ 1280円
ピンザというのは宮古島の言葉でヤギのこと。
これヤギ肉をミンチにして使ってるのが大正解。
ピザにしてもヤギを美味しく味わえるんです。
ヤギ赤ホルモンのハリッサ風味ブラッドソース 1480円
ヤギのホルモンをヤギの血と合わせて煮込んだもの。
クミンの使い方が自然で名前からして苦手な人にも是非食べてもらいたい。
ワインも3000円以下のものでも美味しくこれほどリーズナブルにいただけるとは思いませんでした。
こんな店でも子連れOKだったりTシャツ短パン草履で入れたり・・
ヤギの美味しさをうまく引き出して美味しくオシャレで安くて・・
沖縄の凄さを感じまくりです。
