牧志駅からすぐの場所。定期的に伺っているお店。
沖縄でワインバーとなると割と年上の意識高い系の人しかいないイメージですが(笑)、何軒かいつもいくお店がありこちらは静かにゆっくりとナチュールを飲みたいときに行ってるお店ですｗ

まずはユニブランをいただきました。こちらはガスコーニュ地方のものです。
少しオイリー。緑っぽさ、マスカットの様な香り、ちょっとコーンスープの様な膨らむ香りｗ
清涼感もある。これリースリングとか言いそうな気がする。もしくはピノグリとか。
あ、けどそこまで香りは甘くないか。程よい樽感。少し粘性がありアルコール感がグッときて蜜のような甘さに程よい酸味。
続いてアルザスピノオークセロワ。
マスカットティー、パッションフルーツ、カリン、クローブ？いや違うな。
なんだろこのスパイス感。口当たりが非常によく、まったりとした甘さと思いきや意外とドライ。
余韻はレモンのような酸味がやや。ただし、ほのかに。強くはないけど紅茶っぽい。
お料理は基本的に時間がかかるイメージ。
というのもワンオペで店主さんは丁寧なので。
他のお店で聞いた話では「オムレツ」をお願いするとこれまでにないほどの集中力で仕上げてくれるそう。お店があまり混んでないタイミングでオーダーしてみようかな？
