The oden is served in a broth made with bonito flakes, kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms, and other ingredients purchased from a long-established dried food store in Tokyo. The daikon radish, eggs, and other fish paste ingredients are soaked in a soy sauce-based broth with a strong bonito flavor. All fish paste products such as hanpen and ganmo are homemade. They are particular about each and every ingredient, such as ordering konjac handmade by a konjac potato farmer in Gunma Prefecture.

We also offer 3- and 5-glass glasses made of Ryukyu glass, so you can enjoy a variety of sake as if you were tasting them. If you find your favorite alcoholic beverage, you can order it using a sake bottle! We also have shochu, sour, and tea mixes all boiled in-house. You can also enjoy finding your favorite cup.
