Omi beef, delivered directly from Nishikawa Livestock in Shiga Prefecture, is characterized by its sweet, melting fat, fine texture with concentrated umami, and soft mouthfeel. We also have a wide selection of A5-ranked Omi beef offal. It is rare to find a restaurant in Okinawa that sources Omi beef offal directly from the farm, and we are proud of the freshness and variety of our products.
