If you want to enjoy the taste of Okinawa, we recommend the "Purebred Agu pork shabu shabu course"! Agu pork is a brand of Okinawan pork that is characterized by its high fat content and sweet taste. We use a Japanese-style dashi stock made from kelp and bonito, and enjoy it as is without adding any ponzu sauce. In addition to vegetables, the ingredients include ingredients that are familiar to Okinawa, such as island tofu and asa.
