ChefGrand Chef “Toshiyuki Nakamura”
Chef Toshiyuki Nakamura is in his fifth year with Cross Group and is originally from La Rochelle. He is a meat sommelier and Medicinal Food chef, and every day pursues beyond ``deliciousness that delights the body.'' During his student days, he competed in the Inter-High School Tennis Tournament, and with his natural guts, he fights against the kiln fire, offering everyone the one-of-a-kind [Kiln Fire French cuisine] that can only be enjoyed here at MOS Sokinawa.
