鶏ガラともみじを約6時間煮込んだコラーゲンたっぷりな鶏白湯のスープにさらに生後50日以下の若鶏を丸々一匹煮込んだ韓国発祥の鶏鍋料理。
『健康や美容を保つ大切な役割を担っているコラーゲンを美味しく食べて美しくなっていただく』というコンセプトです。
さらに美容を意識し追加で美容に高い効果が期待できるサメからとれるフカコラーゲンなどの食材を追加することで本来あるタッカンマリを『美』を意識して食べられるように考案したブランドです。
