Agu pork shabu shabu a must-try dish when you come to Okinawa. Agu's shabu shabu is one of Chura Chura's specialties. Compared to regular pork, Agu pork has no odor and has a refreshing fat flavor and sweetness. Our original ``bonito-based special soup stock'' brings out the shabu shabu flavor of Agu pork. Enjoy with ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, or whatever you like. You can enjoy the original flavor of Agu pork with just the dashi stock.
