“Misaki Beef” is a fantastic type of beef that is only available in small quantities among Japanese Wagyu beef in Japan. They are carefully raised on a farm surrounded by nature at the foot of Mt. Omotodake in Okinawa Prefecture. From 1990 to 1996, it was produced as "Ishigaki Beef" using JA-designated feed. In 2009, it was trademarked as its own brand of beef, and "Misaki Beef from Ishigaki Island" was born. At our restaurant, we offer dishes made with luxurious meat.
