こちらは15年ぶり。
結構お気に入りでちょいちょい通ってたお店。
お店の周りの駐車場はいっぱいなので、第２駐車場へ。
第２駐車場もほぼ満車。
人気店だねェ。
以前はいつも空いてて穴場的だったのに・・・
木曜日の12:20ころ訪問。
１番人気って書いてある以下注文。

店内ほぼ満席で先客20弱。
混んでたので30分ほどで提供。
トッピングは本ソーキと薄焼き玉子焼。
別皿であぶり軟骨ソーキ。
軟骨がとろけてプルンプルン♪
炙りなので香ばしい♪
甘辛な味付♪
ワサビやカラシを付けて。
スープは優しい出汁♪
鶏出汁？
途中で別皿の鰹節を加えて魚介の風味を追加。
麺はやや縮れたゴワゴワ弾力のある中太麺。
やっぱり旨～い！
