平日のお昼に伺いましたが、お店の前で数人並んでいました。
今回は炙りソーキそばを注文してみました。
提供時に店員さんが丁寧に食べ方を教えてくださいました。心のこもった接客が嬉しかった。
初めての沖縄そば。
手揉みならではの麺の食感がたまりませんでした！アグーだしもジューシーだけど、全くくどくない。すぐに食べ終わってしまいました笑
炙りソーキもとろとろ、コラーゲンたっぷりといった感じでした。美味しかったです。わさびと辛子をつけて味変も楽しみました。
