We are confident in our selection of sake. We have a wide selection of sake brands that you may not have encountered before. We also offer suggestions for dishes that go well with sake, suggestions for how to drink sake, suggestions for sake recommended for women, and a daily selection of seafood from Honshu. Please let us know your preferences for sake. Also, this is a fun place to "drink alone." Time flies by. You can drink more while chatting with fellow regulars and the owner! Also, since mid-December last year, we have changed our focus to "Japanese soba." Please enjoy our cold and hot soba noodles made with Shinshu soba from Nagano Prefecture. |

A hideaway tucked away in the back of a building on the second floor! The food and drinks are not typical of Okinawa. What makes it stand out is the selection of sake! They stock brands and rare sake
...that you won't find at other izakayas in the prefecture, and offer dishes that go perfectly with the sake, such as "farmed yellowtail sashimi from Kagoshima Prefecture" and "thick, juicy pork cutlet." Also, since December last year, they have been serving "Japanese soba." They order Shinshu soba from Nagano Prefecture, and hope that you will enjoy its smooth texture during or after a meal. Another notable feature is the space, which makes it easy for people to enter alone.
