沖縄には「８８」というステーキの人気チェーン店があります。
今回はその本部店の予約を取ろうと思ったら、半月以上前でも満席で取れなくて…。
やはり観光シーズンの有名チェーン店は人気が高いですね…。
で、その代わりに予約したのがこちらの「５８」というステーキハウス。
ネットを見る限り１店舗だけかな？
なんかパクリみたいな名前ですが…(^_^;)、でもここはここで悪くないと言うか、けっこう良かったですよ。
ちなみにこっちは当日でもまだ空席がありました…。
それでまず駐車場は、数件の商業施設の共通のところ。
ちょっと山小屋風？の内装ですが、ファミレスみたいに子連れで気軽に行ける雰囲気です。
メニューは各種ステーキセットがメインですが、シーフードもあるのがこの店の特徴。
今回は写真を見てどうしても食べたくなってしまった「伊勢海老ウニソース焼き」3000円と、比較的軽そうな「ステーキ重」1500円を注文。
あと子供に「黒毛和牛ステーキ」4300円を頼んだんですが、量が多過ぎたので半分くらい貰いました(^q^)
それでまず伊勢海老ですが、中サイズを半身にしたもの。
身もしっかり詰まってるし、さすが伊勢海老で美味しいです。
ウニソースも濃厚で美味しいけど、この食べ方だとウニっぽくない？
まあでも、値段相応に美味しい一品でした。
それにステーキ丼は白飯の上に、削ぎ切りにしたミディアムウェルダンのステーキをたっぷり敷き詰めたもの。
香ばしくてジューシー。脂身の塊はないけど、肉自体はしっかり脂が乗ってますね。
あまりに良過ぎる脂の乗り方だから、もしかしてインジェクション？とも思ったけど…、こういう食べ方だと判別できませんね…。
味付けは甘口の醤油ダレに山葵。
量は普通の１人前かな。
ステーキハウスらしく「鉄板でジュ〜ジュ〜焼きたて」ではないけど、これはこれでとても美味しかったです。
あと黒毛和牛ステーキですが、サーロインかな？脂がしっかり乗ってて美味しい。
ただ脂身が多いのと、筋張ってるところもあったのはなんでしたが。
ボリュームは200gくらい？ けっこうありました。
それにアルコールは安酒しか飲んでないからノーコメントですが、泡盛を飲みたかったのにボトルしかなかったのが残念でした。
とは言え、美味しいステーキだけでなく伊勢海老も満喫できて大満足でした(^o^)
