鶏を煮込んだ濃縮コラーゲンスープは総額一億円！？本部町備瀬にある隠れた古民家食堂。
看板メニューは「地鶏黄金そば（沖縄そば）」「地鶏鶏飯」の2本軸。どちらも味は抜群！

おだしがとっても効いていて、たまごでとじた不思議な沖縄そば。ちょっとクセになりそうな味でした。お一人で運営されてて、人数多く行くと大変そうでしたが、美味しく頂きました。
のんびりとした雰囲気の中、頂きました。お出汁が素晴らしい。そしてふわふわ玉子と、香ばしい鶏肉。
傑作だと思いました。
ホテルオリオン本部を過ぎたあたりに看板が立てて有り、誘導看板に従ってゆっくり進んで行くと到着します。
お店は隠れ家的な感じで、畳みの部屋、おばあちゃんの家のように感じました。
