Instead of milk, we use plenty of buttermilk, which is hard to find in Japan, in the dough. Buttermilk is lower in fat and calories than cow's milk, and rich in calcium and vitamins, making it a powerful and healthy breakfast.

We use a dedicated pancake griddle that is well-regarded at major Pancakes chain stores overseas, and each Pancakes is baked one by one after we receive your order. Our highly trained staff will serve you golden-brown Pancakes with no uneven cooking.

Reservations are not required for birthday toppings, where we celebrate our famous Diamond Head Pancakes tower with fireworks, Ice cream, and fruit toppings (reservations cannot be made over the phone.
