パンケーキ好きの私がいろいろ食べ歩いている中で1番好きなパンケーキ屋さんが沖縄にあります。
paanilani(パニラニ)
オーナーは知る人ぞ知るパンケーキフリークの中でも頂点であろうお方。
自身の経験から沖縄でこのパンケーキを出そうと決められてもう何年経つだろう。
7時からオープンしているこちらには観光客、インバウンドの皆様だけではなく地元の方々も来られていてモーニングのタイミングでは毎回満席。
愛されていますよねー(´∀｀*)
私もここに来るために泊まりの宿で朝食付きを選んだことはありません。
パンケーキにはトッピングによりいろんな種類がありますが、毎回オーダーするのはこの2つ。
ナッツナッツパンケーキ 800円(ドリンク付きは300円プラス)
パニラニに来てこのパンケーキをオーダーしないなんてあり得ないメニューです。
もちろん限定メニューなので無くなり次第終了になりますので注意してくださいねー
パンケーキは理想的な仕上がり。
甘みを抑え、もっちりしているのにふんわりといただける、それでいて弾力もあるこの生地はトッピングに何を持ってきてもオッケー！
幸せをいただきまーす。
いつも1番上と2枚目はナッツソースでいただき、1番下はメープルでいただきます。
これがまた旨い！
プレーンの生地にメープルだけのシンプルなところも是非お試しくださいね(´∀｀)

私の中で、この「あまじょっぱさ」の頂点です。
卵をトッピングする事で超豪華パンケーキが完成。
添えられているホイップクリーム、知ってますか？

塩気のあるホイップクリーム…メープルかけるとどうなりますか？
想像しただけでヤバいでしょ♡
このホイップをベーコンに少し載せて厚切りのベーコンを。
ほんまに口の中で色んなことが起こります。
それだけ美味しいってこと、感じてください。
スタッフもみなさん気さくな方ばかりで、またきたくなるお店間違いないです。
帰りにはほんといつもマハローの掛け声、気持ちいいです(´∀｀*)
