【感想】
朝早くから賑わうハワイアンなパンケーキ屋さんに沖縄旅行で訪問。
お昼過ぎの訪問でしたが家族連れの方々などで満席で20分ほど待ちました。
友人と2人で
数量限定のナッツナッツパンケーキとトロピカルパンケーキをオーダー。
牛乳に比べて脂肪やカロリーが低いバターミルクを使用しています。またバターミルクはカルシウムやビタミンが豊富だそうです。
注文が入ってから大きいパンケーキ専用のグリドルで焼き上げます。
食感はとにかくふわふわで口の中にバターの甘い美味しい香りが広がります。ナッツナッツの方はナッツの旨味もうまく表れていて美味しいです。
トロピカルの方もパンケーキはもちろん生クリームも美味しくてペロリと完食してしまいました。
こんな美味しいパンケーキは初めてだったので感動しました。
