地元の食材を取り入れながらも、びっくりするような味わいの品々が登場するシルーさんは夫婦でお気に入りです。これで3度目の訪問でしたが、2月に伺ったフロリレージュさんと少しメニューが似ておりました。特に気に入ったのはトルティーヤで巻いたお野菜とお肉の一品とお魚です。
ノンアルコールのペアリングは初めてでしたが、どれもお食事とマッチして本当に美味しく頂きました。
夕方18時頃の入店ですとちょうど夕焼けも見ることができるのでオススメです。
