“沖縄名物”あぐー豚のせいろ蒸し、ヘルシーで美味しくリーズナブル。身体が喜んでいるのが感じられるくらい、食べている間幸せな気分になれる美味しい料理です。
先日、沖縄に行ったときに立ち寄った「沖縄料理しまぶた屋」。8年くらい前にあぐー豚のせいろ蒸しを食べて感動的に美味しかったのを覚えていますが、こちらのお店もその系列店だったのに後から気付きました。

大人2名と複数の幼児で伺い、あぐー豚のせいろ蒸しコース2人前と単品料理を注文しました。
予約時には理解していなかったのですが、せいろ蒸しコースは大人の人数分オーダー必須のようです。

せいろムシ豚コースを注文しました。蒸し豚と脂身がとても甘みがありとても美味しかったです。またじゅーしーがとても美味しく、じゅーしーの素があれば買って帰りたいくらいでした。
以前は「しんか」として沖縄の鮮魚を扱っていたお店。
しまぶた専門店に変わっても店員さんは変わらず楽しくやっていました。
アグーの蒸籠蒸し、美味しかったです。
