観光のお供にひんやり冷たいぜんざいで小休止
読谷村にある世界遺産の座喜味城跡前に店を構える。ミネラル水を使用した氷はキメが細かく口の中でふわっふわ、サラサラと解け、長時間煮込んだ金時豆の甘さとやわらかな白玉、厳選茶葉を使用した宇治抹茶の渋みが絶妙な組み合わせ。見た目にも美しく、目と舌両方で味わえるのがうれしい。座喜味城跡を見学した後にゆっくり休みながらいただきたい。
