Today's dinner is my favorite Beef Stroganoff. I also make it with men's cooking, but I especially like the gentle sourness of sour cream, demi-glace sauce, a bit of extravagant red wine, and mushrooms for a refreshing finish. Once upon a time, in Shibuya. I used to go to a famous restaurant located in Parco quite a bit (lol). Pizza House's beef stroganoff tastes great to me! The beef is so tender that you don't even need a knife, and the sauce that's mixed with it is a refreshing sauce with a low viscosity.I'm glad that you can melt the sour cream on top of the meat to balance it out! There's a lot of meat, and the volume is plenty.The red wine I ordered with it was twice as delicious (lol).Since I came to Pizza House, I also got a "Margherita".It's a so-called Neapolitan type pizza, and the aroma of wheat is wonderful. By the way, this pizza house has a wonderful building, and the interior uses a lot of solid wood, giving it a very dignified feel.Not only the food, but also the atmosphere is great.It feels like a place where all the "winners" of Okinawa gather (lol) )
