After two years of investigation and research, Pizza House completed dry aging beef using a unique technology that uses a special refrigerator that controls temperature, humidity, and air flow. First, take a bite and enjoy the flavor, tenderness, and unique aroma of the aged meat itself without adding anything! We recommend grilling it rare or medium rare. One of its characteristics is that the protein is broken down during the aging process, making it easier to digest and less stressful on the stomach.

Agu pork logs with good fat and Okinawan salt are aged for 24 months in a dedicated dry room in Yatsugatake, an altitude of 1,300 meters, rich in nature. The ultimate product that has been successfully reduced by 40% in salt by slowly permeating the salt. It goes perfectly with wine and dry sake.
