KIMISHIMA uses plenty of Okinawan ingredients. Northern Okinawa Main Island: Ryokuken tomatoes from Ogimi Village, carrots from Tsuken Island, natural herbs from Itoman City, and fresh fish from the morning market sent directly from Tomari Fishing Port. We also purchase fresh seafood directly from Hokkaido. We use ingredients that are filled with the passion of many producers, and we decorate our plates with love and serve them in the best possible condition.
