Each yakitori skewer is carefully skewered, with each skewer weighed and sized to taste, while considering how it will look when cooked. These homemade meatballs are made by putting the chicken breast
... in a blender until it is sticky and minced, then mixing the 12 ingredients thoroughly and kneading them by hand to form them into round shapes. The yakitori sauce is made without using any water, by throwing soy sauce and a whole young chicken into a stockpot and simmering it slowly over low heat, being careful not to burn it. It takes two days to make. Only a yakitori fanatic who thinks about yakitori every day and whose head is full of it can make such time-consuming preparations. The taste is amazing. If you can't decide what yakitori to get, head to Yakitori Shimabu. There are 23 seats in total. The restaurant is 40 square meters and is small, so it is suitable for small groups of 1 to 4 people. When you think of yakitori, you might imagine older men, but we also have a lot of female customers.
