Each yakitori skewer is carefully skewered, with each skewer weighed and sized to taste, while considering how it will look when cooked. These homemade meatballs are made by putting the chicken breast

It takes two days to make. Only a yakitori fanatic who thinks about yakitori every day and whose head is full of it can make such time-consuming preparations. The taste is amazing. If you can't decide what yakitori to get, head to Yakitori Shimabu. There are 23 seats in total. The restaurant is 40 square meters and is small, so it is suitable for small groups of 1 to 4 people. When you think of yakitori, you might imagine older men, but we also have a lot of female customers.
