A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop in a residential area near the sea Mr./Ms. Misaki, Kitanakagusuku Village. When I happened to pass by, I learned that they had started lunch only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. So, I went there at lunchtime. The first floor of a building that looks like an ordinary two-story private house is restaurant. The restaurant has about 50 seats, including counter seats and tatami seats. Perhaps because the building looks like a house, there is a cozy atmosphere, including the customer service of the store Mr./Ms.. Perhaps because lunch had not yet penetrated, there were no other customers other than Mr./Ms.. There are two types of runtime menus: the "Kami Galbi Set Meal" and the "Higa Family Tower" limited to 10 meals. Even at dinner, this "meaty" "tower" is a specialty, and I wanted to try it someday, but on this day, I ordered the "Higa family's kami short rib set meal" (1500 yen). There was a roaster at the table, but they said they would grill "meat" in the kitchen, so I was spoiled. The "set meal" comes with "grilled vegetables", "kimchi", "soup" and "salad". The "upper short ribs" are 150g and are thinly cut, but they have a soft and elegant taste, perhaps because of the way they are baked. I think there Mr./Ms. a lot of content, but there are a lot of "vegetables", so I flattened it. When I was leaving, he asked me how I knew I was doing lunch, so I guess I'm aware that it hasn't penetrated yet. Originally, it is a restaurant with a good reputation for meat, so I think it will become popular quickly. Next time, I'd like (^.^) to go get the "Higa Family Tower"

The menu includes several types of set menus for 2~3 people and individual items. There is a menu using "Japanese black beef" and "Agu", so the price of a single item is a little high. I ordered "Higaya Tower" (4980 yen) from the set menu, which has a great deal. "Cow", "Pork", "Chicken", "Vegetables", "Seafood" are all in one set. It is served in a glass cup and looks like a tower, which is the origin of the menu name. Beef tallow is smeared on a griddle and grilled, but all of them have a good "meat quality". It was a set menu with a good balance with "vegetables" and a sense of value. On the way, I ordered "soup" and "Mr./Ms." separately, and it was a satisfying dinner. If you order high-quality meat individually, I think your image will change again, but basically, you can enjoy "meat" with good meat quality at a reasonable price in a cozy atmosphere. It was a shop that seemed to be easy to use for dates and girls' parties.
