ランチにお邪魔しました。
久しぶりにシェフが焼いてくれる鉄板焼きなのでわくわくしながらの入店
ミディアムレアで食べた石垣牛はとっても柔らかくおいしかったです
ステーキソースはもう少しパンチが効いていると味がはっきりするのになぁと
おいしい食事をすることができたのに一つ残念だったのは、アルバイトの女性の服装がジーパだったのです。
一応ホテルの中のステーキ店でしたので、ジーパン姿に支給のしかたも雑で少しきになりました
（このときばかり人手不足だったのかもしれません）
また機会があれば行って見たいお店のひとつです
