Remarks |
*This restaurant mainly serves ``Today's course meal (4 dishes: 5,500 yen)'' recommended by the chef. Course meals will be provided by two people. *For all-you-can-drink, please call. |
I often visit Ishigaki Island, but I wanted to try a type of restaurant I had never been to before, so I made a reservation here. It felt like the chef was managing everything by himself. He was a very kind person and explained each material in detail. It was my first time to eat denbu, a vegetable grown on Ishigaki Island. She also told me what was used in the dressing. In addition to the dishes pictured, there was also chicken and pork terrine. I think the main meat was a little tough, and the vegetables were dry. The salad, pasta, and bread were delicious with olive oil. I think it would have been nice to have something sweet like sorbet at the end.
