This year's vacation is going to Ishigaki Island! That's what I decided early on. If you are going to Ishigaki Island, you cannot pass by this place. Kitauchi Ranch. He is one of the few genuine livestock farmers who taught me what real Wagyu beef is. There are three restaurant on Ishigaki Island, including this one, which are directly managed by livestock farmers. One of them is "Maesato store". The story is too long, so I'll omit it, but here is ``Kitauchi Premium Beef'', which is made from ``Yaeyama Gori'', an organization made up of livestock farmers who share the same passion. I think you can understand how much trust I have in it by searching for the phrases above. On the other hand, now that I've learned about this type of beef, I no longer want to eat anything other than the beef I've personally selected. When coming to Ishigaki Island, beef from Kitauchi Ranch is now a must-have. For dinner on the first day of this vacation, we decided to have dinner at the Maesato branch, which is a short walk from the InterContinental Hotel where we were staying. Dinner on the day we arrived. Relaxing while relaxing from your travels at the hotel's Restaurants is appealing, but let's leave that for tomorrow and the day after. That's how much I missed Uchiha Farm's beef. I used a taxi to go there. I can't really get a sense of distance with map apps. I understand that the distance is within one meter, but I thanked the driver who took the trouble to wait at the hotel's driveway to pick me up, and I also gave him a small tip. As expected, I got out of the car knowing that I could easily walk and find my way home. The one-story restaurant faces a wide road and has ample parking space. When I opened the door and went inside, I told them that I had made a reservation, and the person in charge showed me to my seat. The first table setting was a plate with sauce on it with the words ``Ishigaki Island Kitauchi Farm'' on it. I wondered if it was written on something like dressing, but when I touched it, it turned out to be the design of the plate made during the manufacturing process. This is something that wasn't there the last time I visited the main store, and it's a great item with lots of ideas. Kitauchi Farm's beef doesn't have to be eaten with sauce just because it's grilled meat, but it's easier to understand the flavor of the meat itself if you eat it with just the grilled meat, grated wasabi, and salt. You can eat it refreshingly. Therefore, the inside of the plate probably has multiple small windows so that you can eat it that way. For the meat, I ordered ``Yaeyama local beef omakase 5 kinds special selection sashimi''. We usually prefer lean cuts of beef. However, as mentioned above, I have complete trust in Kitauchi Farm's beef. Even if you eat the part of Kitauchi Farm's beef with marbling, you won't feel sick to your stomach thanks to the low melting point of unsaturated fatty acids. As proof of this, after a while the cross section of the cut meat becomes shiny and wet, like waxwork. This shows that fat melts at room temperature, room temperature, and body temperature. It's a high-quality sashimi (fat) that you can't find anywhere else. Therefore, even if there are parts of the five types of omakase that contain marbling, they can still be eaten deliciously. I'll try baking it right away. Of course, the first piece of meat that was grilled was salt and wasabi, not sauce. Mmm, delicious! Exactly as expected! It is no exaggeration to say that I came to Ishigaki Island because I wanted to eat this meat. The juices of the meat, the sweetness of the healthy fat, all blend harmoniously in your mouth, and after chewing thoroughly, pour in the red wine... Ah! Bliss! Another unusual request from my wife was, ``I want to try this beef offal.'' My wife, who rarely says she wants to eat hormones, says this. This is probably because he understands the health condition of this cow. However, I don't mean this in a critical sense, but after that I ordered a ``meat platter''-like plate that included pork and chicken in addition to beef. I was disappointed because I mistook this for a plate full of beef and ordered it. We are an elderly couple. There is a limit to the capacity of the stomach. Pork and chicken are also delicious, but I came here. I was glad I chose only beef...I later regretted it. It might have been a good idea to add hormones and one type of premium beef to the first set of five types. They also offer good wine at relatively low prices. I was very satisfied with the dinner I had on my first day on Ishigaki Island.
