予約をして伺いました。
宮古島のエネルギー溢れる食材を使っています♪

5種類位の中からチョイス。決めるまでに迷う迷う…
ちょっとシンプルな具材になっちゃったかな、と当初思いましたが、
お皿が到着すると、たっぷりと載った島トマトとモッツァレラのビジュアルにテンション上がる☆
宮古島産のモッツァレラもとても美味しく、他にどんなチーズ類を作っているのか
気になる。
島のエネルギーを戴きました！
●メイン
本日の魚料理。お魚はマルハタ。
宮古牛や県産豚もありましたが、どんなお魚が使われるか興味がありました。
ふっくらプリプリに火が入ったマルハタ。
とてもジューシーで上品な甘さ。
●デザート
ドンコリプリン
他にジェラートやガトーショコラなどもあります。
まったりとした口触りは濃厚な味わい。
豆腐ようの様だと言った方もいらっしゃるようですが、
確かにそんなまったり感。
濃厚な味わいは、お魚をメインにしたコースの締めにちょうど良かった
●食後の飲み物
ハーブテイー。
道の駅で売ってますよ、と聞いたので
翌日、自宅用に購入して帰りました。
沖縄といえばの郷土料理もいいけど、
食材を使ったイタリアンも、こんな味わいになるんだ！と楽しい一皿ばかりでした。
