The sauce that goes with the chewy Miyako noodles is completely homemade and additive-free. Our exclusive soy sauce-based sweet and spicy sauce that is neither sauce nor salt. Sweet onions, Fuji apples from Aomori, and garlic are simmered over low heat for a long time and aged for about a month before being used.
